    Ran down 219 from Portland to Newberg today, took 210 through Hillsboro back home. What a fantastic, long drive!

        Finally got the new wheels and tires on the Corvair! Alignment is off and I want to get some HD springs for the front before moving on to cleaning up some interior bits.

                    I put my hella 550's in lastnight, I still need to do some adjusting to make them sit right.

                                    I'm so glad you decided to ditch the late bumpers. The euros look good on your car. Now give that fucking thing a proper paint job!

                                        Does anyone know the purpose of this lil valve thing? Swapped out my oil filter housing with another one and it didnt have this lil plastic valve

                                            Even euro smileys with a 35w HID kit aren't the cat's pajamas of light output... With HID fogs and brights on its ok though...

                                                In other news, with the help of my friend, cut and welded the rusty floors off the rabbit and drove it to work today. A few people have stopped and taken pics of the car in the parking lot. Its a good feeling :D

                                                    It could burn some rubber with the last tires, but these are 225 BF Goodrich Sport Comp 2s and the thing is rear engine, so not sure how long it could sustain it for. Interesting test though....
