yea i just broke them down and cleaned the hell out of them. then painted the trim rings black last night. so once i track down the bushings i can put them back together and install them once the HID kit shows.

Not really a diet, I just eat low carb high protein low sugar high fiber non processed foods and lots of water, and reward myself with a cheat day to stay strong the rest of the week. It works well for me. I usually plan a buffet and some crazy amount of sugar drinks all day or a monster burger lol

Its Paolo. Secondly its my room mates truck. Don't think he wants to sell it but ill ask. I know he's done a lot of shit to it in the past. The plate reads "RANGE".
