I'm not saying that the guy's price is good, but have fun finding an iX touring and getting it here.

Imagine someone emailing you on craigslist in broken-ass english asking you to take a car to a mechanic, filling out customs paperwork, and getting it on a boat. Or imagine finding a car on CL in Berlin, taking a week off work, hoping it's there and not a POS when you arrive, and doing all that, hoping there isn't some complication in exporting it.

International car sales aren't that cut and dry. Unless you want to pay for someone else to do it all for you.

Well, yeah, I understand the logistics involved in finding a good car in europe when you're not in europe. The usual way to go about these things is to find someone who's already living there and knows the language, and have them keep an eye out. I have two people casually looking right now..

The car being misrepresented in ads is a different problem than the car being hard as hell to find, though, and makes me suspicious of just about everything else involved with it. A properly sold rare car will have clear photos, documentation, and a up-front seller that is communicative about issues it has. This isn't happening here.

And in December is the Weebly Xmas party. Last year Mark Cuban crashed it, we had an open bar at the Filmore and had 200 people waiting in line to get in. This year will be bigger.

Not sure of any big event sin the city for a while though. It's 70 degrees pretty much daily here, there's an infinite number of awesome things to do, bigger things are a bit farther between.
