Looking to buy a set of mirrors with good glass for less than 40. Color does not matter. Paint condition does not matter. The black plastic ones would be preferable.

That power washing idea is perfect out in Washington, rent house had to be power washed like once a season, all those needles and wet mossy concrete stone surfaces out there.

Yea I'm honestly surprised I don't see more of it - in North Carolina it was a no brainer and out here it's even worse with moss growing everywhere. I can only imagine how much you could make if you contracted with an apartment complex or condo complex to do the whole place. Probably get yourself a couple weeks of work just by doing that.

When we send one of our guys to pressure wash a tenants store front/pavement/driveway/etc, we usually charge the tenant $80 an hour...and they usually spend a whole day there haha

I'm just instantly regretting gutted car 4.10. I grabbed 3rd on the freeway at about 45-50mph still broke traction. It's weird. It has power but I don't like the power.
