        I did giggle at that comment. I think I'll bring it inside the house and let it warm up. Maybe that'll make it more pliable

          My trunk seal did the same, it sometimes help if you start it in a different area. I had a 5 inch gap, that I overcame

            I tried that. My trunk seal was actually too long and I had to trim about 1/2" off one end to get it to fit to length.

                  Luckily someone else did Eleanor's when she got painted. Thank Christ. I get to do all the weather seals on the cabrio here soon, though. Not looking forward to an entire day of replacing every rubber seal on the damn car.

                    It's not difficult, just kinda time consuming to push all the seals in place. Went by super fast, until the driver door seal. It's worth it though.

                      Those seals are pretty pricy too if I remember.
