Stayed up way later than my ass should have, but I realized what my first simple mod will be. Converting from early diving-board bumpers to the late 87 style short boards. I like the look over plastic for some reason. Call me crazy as cat shit, but I really like cg138's style of his car with the bumpers.

Now to track down some really really dirt cheap early board bumpers

I probably won't like your car, but that isn't why you are building it :) i am swapping to plastics on my iX, unfortunately the front bumper is already gone but I still have the rear. Maybe we can work something out :)

Replacing oil pump shaft stops right now, just got the pump back on after 20minutes of fighting that little fucker. Someone please remind me to not down a pint of Jameson whiskey the night before I plan on lying on my back fighting with my car the next day. I feel like shit.
