So far it's just got:
-Headlight Relocation
-Speedo Relocation
-Drag Bars
-Flipped mirrors
Next up I have some tail light mods that I'm doing as well as rear controls and a 2-into-1 exhaust, further chopped rear fender, and maybe a little shorter seat.

Nice clipons are also like $250 :-/
One thing I'd like to do is move the controls to where the passenger pegs are and move those back another 6". There's an easy kit for it but it takes doing a 2-into-1 exhaust and there aren't any of those that look particularly good. Also, when you do a new exhaust on these things you have to retune the ECU and get a programmable ECU too, so your $650 exhaust kit turns into a $1250 job plus the $350 controls relocation kit. It's really disappointing that no one has figured out how to do it without the stupid exhaust.Alpha Team Inductee

The drag bars are about as low as you can go without destroying yourself.

Im also looking at rear sets too man! I'd like to move mine back about 5-6" as well, to give it a more aggressive look and feel.
But damn, that's a shitty situation. You gotta pay to play ehh? Lol it makes me like my carbs a lot more...not as expensive and easier to work on :p
Next Dicks meet, let's ride there! Maybe by that time, I'll have my new speedo setup, my exhaust done, and my vintage series Firestone tires in ;)-Brad, AlphaTeam Motorwerks, LLC

To me, since my bike started out as a cruiser, the clip ons really weren't too bad. It's similar to riding a crotch rocket, but with a more rider to road feel (imo).

Since doing the work on the Harley I've probably put ~250 miles on it just because it feels so good. The Buell on the other hand got ~80 miles last year and ~50 this (just to get rid of last year's fuel). Gotta find someone with a bike to match that one for an excuse to ride it!
Ya I know what you mean. Ive been riding with a couple other cafes as well as a yahama 1100 v-star, Suzuki boulevard m50, and a 2012 r6...

So now it's 2 years old and only has about 1,600 miles on it as my museum piece.
Long story short: my cold, dead hands wouldn't sell that bike!
Some time I'd be happy to let you sit on it though :)Alpha Team Inductee

So I'm in San Francisco for the week, any killer craigslist deals in the bay area that I should consider driving back to Seattle at the end of the week?
