My only concern is wasting my time after doing something stupid. I've still got 10 things going on the E30 and a few tasks left on my HD Cafe Racer.

My current list consists of 90 mods is:
-a 200cc manual clutch conversion to the 90
-getting rid of the speedo/side mounting it
    -changing out the headlight
-doing a smaller rack (to better support passengers)
    -custom seat
    -sandblasting/matte paint
    -adding dual taillights

Basically cafe'ing it as well. Between that and the side company I run, everything has to be relatively streamlined or I've got better things to do.

I have had a couple of old trail bikes. I believe one was a 90 and the other 2 were 110's. I'm not for sure on that though. What's your questions?

Just wondering about the difficulty of doing a frame-off, replacing brake shoes, front shocks, any advice on the wiring of it. Nothing too specific, just general words of wisdom, really. There isn't as much general knowledge in the form of tutorials and the like as I'd prefer.

makes sense now I thought you were talking about riding it and loosing a leg. Should be fairly easy I've worked on our 1973or4 XR=75 and old bikes are pretty simple besides the weird shit people do them over the years you have to fix. In for pics of Cafe racer.

No good pics of it yet, but off the top of my head:

            So far it's just got:
            -Headlight Relocation
            -Speedo Relocation
            -Drag Bars
            -Flipped mirrors

Next up I have some tail light mods that I'm doing as well as rear controls and a 2-into-1 exhaust, further chopped rear fender, and maybe a little shorter seat.

Thanks! Basically trying to mirror the look on the Trail 90. In 1971 bikes weren't required to have blinkers so mine has handlebar controls for them but no actual lights. Gotta figure that bit out too.

Them Ct90s are much easier to get parts for. My ct200 was a 64-66 run and they just are hard to get stuff for :(

It was seized so I pulled the head, bought some gaskets and fixed er up. The charging system was toast though and the used stator I bought I could never get it to work

I can't find many modded ones either, here's the best example that I found: http://www.dratv.com/melithcubilo.html

I like the tail lights, fronts are some 6v LED business. I think that motor is a chinese one, not stock, though it's the same look. I don't like the crossmember either. This is an early one so it has a wonky front suspension too.

Going to order the UUC DSSR for 24v cars that are using the G260 in the next few days. Was curious, however...when ordering, it asks what shifter you have. Does it matter what shifter you say you have, or is the DSSR the same length, regardless of the shifter you have?

I have the stock shifter in now, but have an Evo (2 or 3, can't remember which) that I'd like to install at the same time (never did because I wasn't looking to modify my linkage.)

                              Thanks!
