Is this the car you were telling us about that was involved in that meth bust? Crazy! I can't believe how good it looks now, you can't even tell it was in a fire.Comment

The plot thickens...
Just got off the phone with the bitch. After speaking to her husband, she's saying that "anytime you rear end someone, it is always your fault," to which I replied "that's not always true, but doesn't apply to this situation since you BACKED INTO ME!" She's now trying to claim that it wasn't her fault, that she was moving and that I ran into her, which is untrue. She was stopped and backed into ME. She also admitted fault AT the scene, saying how sorry she was and that she didn't use her mirrors to look or use a turn signal. That story has since changed, saying that "I wasn't in her mirror when she looked" and that her "signal was on, but I bumped the steering wheel and it clicked off'."
When I told her the estimate amount, she said "I will not write a check for that amount, but would be happy to give you my insurance agent's information and if they rule me at fault, would be happy to cut you a check."
This is one of those days where I want to just go kill myself.

I don't even care at this point. I'm done. I'm not going to fight with her insurance company after she told me she would cut a check.
She also stated that she "didn't care about her car, most of her damage would just buff out." That's a plus, I guess.

Just calmly explain the situation to the insurance company. They shouldn't have any trouble figuring out who is at fault, and then they will write you a check.Comment
