Brad has a failing VC gasket. Obviously, Simon's head gasket failed. There's definitely a plethora of others who've used VR with issues and some who haven't had anything. Ive read a ton of threads about VR headgaskets failing within 10k miles. I guess Im lucky mine has lasted 20k. I dont doubt user error but when the majority of the stories are about VR headgaskets and zero are about Goetze, I'll go with Goetze. I've built several engines and they havent failed. I plan on doing this one right. And for the record, I dont put any blame on Ben for doing it wrong, just using the wrong gasket.Simon
