Are early and late rear door cards the same or different? I'm really leaning towards the fact that they're different. I picked up a set of early rears for my new coupe and they don't fit well on one side...

The only thing different should be the padding. From what I remember the interior sizes are the same just the older cars had horse hair and nasty foam.

Did you put it next to your current door card and check?

^I didn't have door cards in this new car, and I forgot what my old ones look like. I'm going to go take the foam off them and see how they fit. They fit about a half an inch tall if that makes sense.

wooooohweeeeee. wetsanded and repolished my late model tail lights, came out very nice!! 600,800,1000 then plastic polish on random oribtal then 1200,1500.

Spotted a dark blue e9 rusting away in a drive way today.

yes I am aware of how to polish zinno paint LOL. all the panels are original - it is going to shine up great. problem is I need a replacement door because mine has some major damage that extends onto the rocker.

I am planning on repainting the IS trunk spoiler and mirrors rustoleum regal red and then the, grills, etc. trim black

Will polish the paint after a new door, etc. but before that this car needs a clutch stop, ignition tumbler, sunroof adjusted, and a IS lip!!! also anybody got a few basketweave center caps to sell?

Maybe it's just me... but regal red better be a dead on match for it to not look bad.
