    This is who it benefits.

And maintaining old cars can't be worse than making brand new ones all the time

People who drive electric cars "oh my car is zero emissions because it doesn't have a tailpipe." Yeah, well it still had to be built and shipped across the seas. The batteries and electricity for the batteries had to come from somewhere. Lots of electricity comes from coal power plants that pump more nuclear waste into the air than nuke bombs and amke carbon and other things.

Some of the biggest polluters are cargo ships and aircraft Aircraft gas still has lead, jet fuel and ship fuel oil has high sulfur content. A big ship can guzzle hundreds of thousands of gallons of fuel per day! Why don't planes and ships have cats? Big business doesn't want them.

No idea, seems like birthdays are a reminder (to me anyway) that I wasted another year without doing anything particularly awesome

Why do OEM S52 piston ring sets cost 826$?! Another 180$ gets you forged pistons + upgraded rings..

          CP-Carrillo or JE Pistons?

            Because OEM.

Anybody have any tips on getting wheels studs out? I've broken two hex head impact bits. May just have to weld a nut to them. Or replace the hubs but I also can't get my axles out.

Two nuts tightened onto each other, shout come right out
