..on a completely unrelated topic - anyone on here do any 3D printing regularly?

I picked up an MP Mini before Christmas and been printing out random trinkets for my daughter and other peoples kids (mostly Good luck cats and dragons..) but I really am looking to start doing custom parts for the E30 and/or the X3. But my CAD skills are lacking any more.
