        This is an Evo MR. Which is exactly what I raced and even talked to the driver afterwards.



        The words from his own mouth, "Damn man what do you got in there?!" First words he said when he rolled down his window when we hit the next light.

                My good friend has an Evo MR I have driven it many times. Rolling in second with a stock 08 mr you would beet him. (Off the line no way)

                A 20 year old bmw you have built up your self probly have like $10,000 into taking out this car = sweet !

                You guys probly have close to the same hp but your most likely about 600lbs lighter.

                      What arrogance! There is no way that an untuned s52-swapped e30 can beat turbo-charged, 290hp/300ft.lb machine i.e. an evolution x. Unless the driver/owner of the Evo Mr is sleeping and or not racing. Just ain't so. Stop cursing/yelling, go dyno your "shit" and compare your numbers to those of the car you are sopposed to have beaten

                        /\ Haha you dont know what these cars can do then. Yes an evo will beat an s52 swapped car off the line but hit second gear you will be right with them. I have beat several Mr's at the track. You have no clue what you are talking about.

                          I've hung with a mildly modded Evo IX MR on the freeway from 3rd gear no problem.

                          From a roll I've beat several mildly modded sti's (Stock turbo) by over a car.

                          This story is not that hard to believe guys. Good work Jahnaboi!

                              I honestly don't know why they flame on me so much. Only people with s52 swapped e30s would know. They just think they know.

                              Yea, kudos to me and kudos to you both. Once again, my car is tuned for 3.5" hfm, intake/exhaust and 24lb injectors. I'm not untuned. If you guys would have read the whole thread (specifically jeans and fidhle) you would have read that. Also gazel, dwell on this statement for a second.

                              E36 M3 guys on Bf.c. have claimed and dyno proven that the AA trackpipe with an aftermarket exhaust (UUC, Stomung, Supersprint) have claimed a 10 - 20 + hp gain from converting the obd1 midpipes with this setup. I'm running obd1 midpipes WITH A STOCK E30 EXHAUST. Which means I'm not even putting exactly what a stock m3 motor would be putting due to so much restriction and a non free flowing system hence I would see much more gains had I've done / will do a full exhaust setup. It shouldn't be hard to comprehend.

                              E30polak and E30s52, I love you guys. Only people who own these cars with this swaps can speak. I rest my case.

                              P.S. - They act like I'm telling them I'm smoking them by 2 cars and shit. I only beat him by a fender at midway of 4th gear from 2nd. A FENDER. Was I surprised myself, hell yea. But am I lying like those people think I am... no I am not.

                                I'm not flaming you for your kill, I'm simply telling you to get some solid numbers so your bench racing can be more accurate. I have a swapped car, I know what they can do; I once pulled on a 911 cabrio but nearly a car length on the highway. I go to the drag strip so I can have some solid numbers to play with and know what mods do what. Get your panties of a bunch dude.
