Time to get some work. Figured to go clean up the shop a little bit and get the clutch on and see if we have enough time to get the tranny on. Everythings looking good. We got too tired last night to put the trans on because we have to work early in the morning. But it's coming all together.

Looking good man! If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend you pressure test the slave cylinder to verify there are no leaks anywhere in the lines or fittings.

How would I do that? I've heard that from someone before. I haven't put the tranny on yet. But it's a new slave and new fittings. Think I should still do it ?

Well I didn't do it on mine and regretted it when a leak sprung from the fittings on the slave. I had to drop the trans just to fix it (Really difficult job accessing all the bell housing bolts to drop it).

Just hook up the slave to the master, fill with fluid, bleed and pump to check for leaks. You'll have push the throw out bearing on the slave all the way in when you bleed and pressure test. You're gonna want a friend to help out here.

Finally get to see what it looks like. After going through the whole engine and two transmissions now. This is finally together.

Gonna put all the accessories on soon. wiring harness. And cut the pins off the transmission for better fitment.

I'm also gonna put the massive Lee booster delete in there. Probably tonight. Has anyone done it? Have any pictures for me? Just don't wanna cut the wrong things.

I'm selling my e46. If I get the price I want, I'm gonna have this go to the paint room. Gonna do the original red.

It really seems like I've gotten a lot closer.

Decided not to paint the car just yet. I need to have it running and will use that money to have all the parts to get it running as well.

I hate that tool. Never used it before so had patty help me out and show me how to use it properly.

Might be a dumb question but I'm learning. What outlet do I get to this space on the water pump?

Got around to cutting those extra tabs on the tranny

Time to work on setting up the boosterless kit.

Ryan I know you'll see this, thanks for the raybans you left since I couldn't find my safety glasses.

It's coming together... Now to figure out how to connect power steering....

Are you talking about the thermostat housing?

Told my girl I needed to get something out of my shop. Then I gave her a wrench and we started working on it some. Power steering is up there now. Need to find out how to connect it to the rack. Gotta get alternator bolts too

Just go to a hydraulic store and tell them you need a high pressure powersteering line made and a new banjo bolt fitting. And that you need a return line. Measure from the pump to the rack and the rack back to the reservoir and bring your stock banjo bolts from the rack. Pretty easy

Bought another e30 since I sold my e46 last week. My girl named her cheeto. $800

Alright, had some lines made at a hose and fittings place. Go figure, it didn't fit like I wanted it too. Good thing I know the guy that works there now and he's going to come by and see how he can make it work tomorrow

                                Headers are on
                                Engine mounts are on
                                Alternators on
                                Power steerings on

So it's been getting hot lately in the storage unit/shop. Went ahead and got some LED light bars. spent like 100 bucks on them. Had my girl help me put them up. Hopefully they don't see the holes I drilled in the unit.
