Should look nice when done I hope.

What is it that you did wrong anyway? if those are e36 offset wheels sticking out that far, what kind of hubs are you running? M-roadster trailing arms or something? the brakes dont look like m roadster

he's either running z3 I6 trailing arms or these wheels are 8+" wide with offset 20.

Should be a sticky for sure.

The trailing arms are off a 2.8 Z3 and they are 8.5 inch wide wheels with an offset of +45mm. Hope they fit if I change out the hubs to my trailing arms. The car is an 89 so I need to use these hubs, I just didn't/don't want to screw with the wheel bearings so I tried just bolting up the trailing arm first.

got e36m3 spindles and brakes for all 4 corners today. No I need to wreck my head to figure out how to install rear brakes. I'd like those huge m-calipers and rotors all around.

                :nice:

I love breaking already, my ABS works and I have 25mm MC.
When I started my car stopped 60-0 in 157ft (old used brakes)
With stock e36/z3 and 25mm on all new parts 60-0 became 104ft.

I have a feeling I'll be able to use my passenger seat belt as a strangling device.

under rear set up 86+ 318/325 for the [Brake Rotor 34-21-1-164-399 z3 I-6]

you can use the rotor from a 1.9L Z3 since it uses the same rotor as the I-6.

if that's the case, then all 318ti and z3 rotors are the same, are they?

BMA shows them to be the same, but my ETK and WorldPAC doesn't. So better safe than sorry. Someone chime in on this issue.

So let me get this straight. If I plan to use a big brake conversion such a Massive's, all I need is to buy E30 M3 rear hubs. Correct?

asking the wrong person, but if Massive sells e30m3 rear BBKs then yes, hubs are all you need.

the z3 1.9 and the z3 I6's use the same rotors.

but the 318ti rotors are not the same as the z3's

                            ^ that's where I don't see the logic...

                            IF

                            318ti hub = z3 1.9L hub

                            AND

                            z3 1.9L Rotor = z3 I6 Rotor

AND all caliper carriers are the same.

AND all brake pads are the same

                            THEN

318ti Rotor and all z3 rotors should be the same.

                            There's some monkey business.
