            They are craptastic springs anyways.

If those are 205/60/14's that is essentially the identical drop that I experienced with my 29664's, although I think my car is slightly heavier.

Your tires look large, but it does sit really nice. You mention that you have boge's in the front? It's possible they are too soft of a rate for those springs. The recommended combination is Bilstein sport struts, although I personally think they are a little too over valved for sport springs.

I agree with you all, the sport springs are too soft. They are certainly an improvement, but definitely too soft.

                    Daz long block weights ;)

But still the difference is relevant.

Buddy had an 86 eta and the drop was similar. I agree its more than normal sports that you regularly see. Could be different production runs? I recon the race spring has 2 different production runs with even different spring rates if my memory serves me right.

I just went out and measured my H&R's w/ Bilsteins and it looks like I have
13.5" from center to fender in the front
13" from center to fender in the back

~6" from ground to rocker panel in the front
~8" from ground to rocket panel in the rear

the way mine sits in the back has always annoyed me. I finally ripped out the soft top and that helped but when I put the tonneau cover back on it went back to looking slightly droopy in the rear.

Some simple spacers or extra spring pads in the rear will fix that right up.

I can't remember what I did ten years ago but I had to buy the springs new because I couldn't find anyone selling cabrio springs and I bet I bought new spring pads. If there was an option or a write-up about using thicker pads I likely followed that. Any links to help me do what you're suggesting?

Sorry for hijacking the thread but another issue has always annoyed me too and that's when I get out of the car the rear creaks. I can rarely replicate it by bouncing the driver's rear around but not as drastically. Anyone have any ideas where to start looking?
