Will someone double check me on fitting some Corvette wheels please? Don't want to make a mistake when having the adapters made. The wheels are 17x8.5" front and 9.5" rear, et56 for all. Will be running 255/40 tires on all four. I don't care at all about cutting up my fender (race car), just don't want to rub the strut or limit my steering angle too much.

An online calculator I used says a final offset of 3mm will match the factory clearance on the inboard side. How does this sound? I know the rear has more inboard clearance, will the same adapter size I use up front work with the wider wheel in the back? Thanks!

Car is an '87 E30 with H&R Race Springs and Bilstein Sports.

I wanna put C5 or C4 corvette wheels on my '87 325is riding on coilovers, racelands.
      want these:
pretty sure they're 17x8 in the front, 18x9.5 rear
or sawblades/salad shooters, 16x7 front, 16x8.5 rear. don't quote me, not sure if i'm 100% accurate on wheel sizes lol.
      this is my car, Rosa:

I know I need adapters/spacers, but what size for clearance? and I know I need rolled fenders.

I'm thinking about getting some Enkei 92's
        15x8 ET25
About H&R race height, maybe slightly higher
From what I've been reading I should be able to run 205/55/15 with 5mm spacers yes? Or would I have to go with 205/50/15?

Do BBS RM 012 wheels bolt right up?if not what should be the smallest spacer you can run? their specs are 15x6.5 et33.

          Thanks!

40mm front, 35mm rear adapters. Ideally.

                Can't answer without wheel offsets.

Yes, 205/55 works fine with a 5mm front spacer only.

They bolt right up but are very sunken-in.

                      Hi Mystikal,

I have these wheels 16x8 et11 5x120 for my late model coupe. i am running E30 M3 5lug swap. koni sport with drop hats and IE3 springs. later on going GC full coilover set up.

what tire size do you recommend & maybe spacer? if i want to go staggered set up. how much more lip i can add and tire size. really appreciated

                      Thank you,

Thanks man. Would it hurt to run 5mm spacers all around since I'll need to get hub rings anyway?

They're already flush and need a stretched tire, so widening isn't an option. 205/45 and rolled fenders.

Spacers /= hubcentric rings. There's a chance of slight rubbing with 5mm rear spacers.

What spacer sizes would make 15x7 et26 sit flush? I have a late model 318i with 195/55 tires and it's slightly lowered on ground controls.

I don't know anything about wheels or tires and stuff. So I'll just show you a pic and see if you can "make my car look like this"

The general style discussion forum, as well as a place to post your car, or any car for that matter.

                                The wheels are

                                17x8.5 ET 20
                                17x10 ET 15

I've ordered Broadway Static coilovers which should be here soon. I want a faily aggressive setup. What tire sizes would you reccomend running on these offsets? Basically, I just want my wheels to fit exactly like this dude.

                                Any rolling / pulling?

Was gonna make an account on stance and ask the guy, but it's a thread from 2012.
