I just used it yesterday to get the PN for a couple things. Hopefully it's something they fix soon, but I'm getting a server error now as well.

"isitdown" is calling it maintenance, but begs the question, what will be our source once it does go down permanently.

I get the error screen also. Is there a good alternative

            Yeah it's down

You don't realise how much you rely on it till it's not there

It added the feature "Buy from ECS" near each part.
I guess it will add "Buy from FCP" soon.

What is the source of realoem.com diagrams/part info?

Presumably once upon a time it must have been from some official BMW dealer software. I know you can download pirated versions of INPA/TIS/NCS Expert and whatever for coding/diagnostics, where do the parts info come from?

I found https://bmwtechinfo.bmwgroup.com/tis...nformation.pdf which suggests it would be the AIR tool in the online TIS (https://bmwtechinfo.bmwgroup.com) but haven't seen that in any of the BMW Tools packages or the software TIS that I have

Looks like they are asking for donations now.
Maybe server costs are catching up?

I've been paying for it for a few months now, since they gave the option. It's an extremely valuable tool to have, I'm on it nearly all day at the shop. You don't realize how good it is to have until you have to work on a car without that type of resource.

Hopefully its something simple for them to fix
