I thought that at first. Somehow the guy poorly morphed an e30 front end to an Isuzu

          Fairly priced?

Will need new front seats, rear window, front valance looks faded, front lip missing, 3rd brake light on trunk oxidized from sun and top motor has gone out

            Not terribly priced

              I agree with Simon above.

Though, in my experience I have found that cars always look worse in person. The closer you get, the worse it gets.

Don't be surprised if you go to look at it and the list of needed repairs is double or triple in length.

Why are there so many people trying to sell cars with broken odometer gears? It's a 30 min fix at less than $15 dollars.

Ayyyyy, same year as mine. I've got the same thing with the third brake light oxidizing and bad top motor, but I half-assed converted to manual and took out the motor, so I just have to put the top down the old fashioned way. Their paintwork is probably in better shape than mine though, but I picked mine up in similar condition for close to 1500. Interior reminds me a lot of mine when I got it, ratty driver's seat but mostly okay passenger and rear.

However, they have a more desirable color, crack free dash, and everything looks OG.

I'd go 2500-3k on it because it's a vert, though. Verts aren't anywhere near as desirable, sadly.

I think it's probably somewhere in the 5.5-7k range considering todays prices. That said, I'd probably pay nothing without inspecting or having an impartial shop do a PPI on it first.

You are local. Go check it out. He says low miles at 155k, but then he says he had the speedo recently rebuilt.

Basically, the car has more miles than the owner states. Is it a good deal? Maybe. Pics look good except for the seats.

The seller won't answer any of my questions about the car...he never responds back. You think I should take that as a red flag and walk?

Not necessarily. I consider myself an extremely honest person especially when it comes to selling my things on eBay. I have a very high rating and my concern for the buyer to feel satisfied with the transaction is important to me. That's just who I am. BUT, I'm also a very busy person and sometimes eBay alerts get put on the back burner or lost in the dozens of work emails I get a day. Wait for the response and see how they conduct themselves. People reveal a lot about themselves with how they converse with people. Apologies go a long way, and the more detailed the story about why they couldn't get back to you, the more bullshit it is.

I had a quick phone call with him and he didn't offer much. Said the car was sitting because the brake master cylinder was bad and he bought it as a project car. No compression testing was done on the engine. It also has a cracked dash that he didn't mention in the ad.

Too bad it ends today it, I'd like to hear what someone thought about it when they see it in person.
