that no reserve one from today is still relatively cheap...
My brother has one, a grey market one at at that, and Ive never really been impressed with it, but Ive only driven it on the street... likely the same way I would feel with a M3
Its funny to see the two right next to each other... high miles on both (140 vs 210) yet one is $42k and the other is under $10kSimon

I have driven a US spec 167HP 2.3-16 and a euro 2.3 with 185HP and will tell you that they are great cars that are very well built but they are too heavy for that engine and they are running mechanical fuel injection. In fact, the entire car feels and smells like the 70's instead of the 80's. At least you can chip an M3 and get 215HP easily. I looked into them about 15 years ago when they were under the radar. I was contemplating picking one up but in the end, I just wasn't that into them and picked up another M3. Look at what each car is worth today."I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj

Strange mileage discrepancies with that red one."I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj

Does BaT ever do reserves? I have an 100k mile Alpineweiss 318iS that I am prepping for sale, and I am debating where I should list it.
