Bid for the chance to own a 1988 BMW 320i at auction with Bring a Trailer, the home of the best vintage and classic cars online. Lot #18,696.
not the fun 320i unfortunately...
But my wheelz!?
Seriously, BAT is so predictable:
-bitch about wheels... check
-someone claiming how rare a Delphin 4 door auto is... check
-clueless comments about common things “never seen that before”... check
I wanna see someone post an auction where they have like five different sets of wheels on a car (bonus points if one set is Ronal Teddy Bears) and maybe one shot with a different wheel on each corner. Just to fvck with commenters.

Am I right in assuming that if an ad is specifically titled "No Reserve", then there's no reserve. But if that's not in the title to the ad, does that always mean there's a reserve? I realize the seller can remove the reserve at any time, but I've been reading that BaT frowns on sellers posting cars with reserves on them...

Yes - as far as I understand this is the case. While BAT frowns on reserves....No Reserves are rare. In fact, after going through the process I would set my reserve as high as possible to start and then you can always lower it as the auction goes on.

I miss the days of seeing cool old barn finds that didn't run and stuff like that for a few grand on BaT and the resulting posts and discussions about it on old jalopnik. Jalopshit is worthless now.

It's all about the Benjamins baby. Just be thankful that r3v hasn't decided to cash in like 90% of other forums.
