This one was nice, looks like it still has a reserve assuming it must be lower

The AC retrofit kit is available for the M3 too.
And it's not extremely expensive compared to what he paid for the car.

I guess even finding a good original ac compressor isn't very difficult.

Well a PO chimed in and said the odometer didn't work when he bought it, but didn't provide a year. Hopefully that kills any "low miles" money a car that should be labeled TMU might fetch. The PO has a funny reason for selling it too, no AC, couldn't find anyone willing to retrofit it. Yeah, probably would not be willing to pay what a retrofit would cost either. Even with a donor car so all parts are present an AC retrofit is a dash and support frame out job that comes with a hefty labor bill.

So the seller just swapped/reset the odometer?
In the OG listing it was said to have 63k miles but the cluster still showed what it currently does in those photos. I have owned several cars over the years where the cluster failed and BMW replaced it with a new zero mile cluster and put a sticker in the door jam stating so. I thought that was the case here, but I either don't remember the exact reasoning from the ad, or he didn't mention why.

also its the right thing to do
At the very least it should be TMU- the work orders in the gallery from early 2024 show the same mileage currently on the cluster. Nothing intermittent about it
