I think we should all flame him on the post. Justice for all E30s

So the seller just swapped/reset the odometer?
In the OG listing it was said to have 63k miles but the cluster still showed what it currently does in those photos. I have owned several cars over the years where the cluster failed and BMW replaced it with a new zero mile cluster and put a sticker in the door jam stating so. I thought that was the case here, but I either don't remember the exact reasoning from the ad, or he didn't mention why.

At the very least it should be TMU- the work orders in the gallery from early 2024 show the same mileage currently on the cluster. Nothing intermittent about it

Another scumbag flip. Sold locally to me for $6700, advertised as having 63,000mi.

He posted it up on marketplace a few days after he bought it with the mileage as "8000" for something like $22k, with the previous sellers photos.

Conveniently, the carfax doesn't show any mileage reporting.

I couldn't care less if people make money on E30s, but lying about the information you were given when you bought the car to add value is scummy, but is unfortunately what happens when things get more valuable.

Not really a fan of many aftermarket kits in general, but I've always liked the BMP RS1 kit. The painted dash cover is pretty cool IMO:

People in the comments are freaking out too much about the "rust". Doesn't look too bad. I would honestly not fix any of it, and just send it. Weird type of car honestly. Like if you want a "driver" E30, an M3 is not the way to go with prices.
