Wow, three different tires.....
Bradinc - listed a whole bunch of stuff "wrong" with the car and missed the tires.
I worked for a dealer for a long time and when we would take a trade or go to auction one of the first things I looked at was the tires.
If I walked up and the car had matching Michelins on it, I knew there was a pretty good chance the owner took care of the car. If I walked up and it had mismatched off brand stuff...I figured they did the bare minimum to keep it on the road.

That's a good way of determining how an owner maintained a vehicle!
Growing up, my dad always did the most basic maintenance to save $$. He'd insist on only buying two tires at a time.
Drove me crazy as a kid, as he never rotated tires to wear them all evenly.

To me that translates to a guy who either got ripped off or was worried enough about the car.
