More progress on the black car. The cooling has been the last real issue I have faced in the swap. I had hopes that the small radiator that I mounted within the core support would be able to keep up with my cooling needs but this summer it seemed to struggle a little. Also I was not happy at how close the radiator was to the front of the engine. This required custom radiator hoses. I looked into having silicone ones made up but at the cost of almost a grand to have the two made, I decided to make my own which were rather ghetto rigged. After blowing out a radiator hose I decided "F**k it" Ill make a new solution out of 1/2" schedule 40 pipe.


So much more room and I can use the stock s38b36 radiator hoses. Mishimoto M20/M50 radiator.

Happy with first tests. Temp stayed around 180F even at low speed.
