because when i beat on the car it gets much hotter. If I was N/A this would be fine, the problem is its a 71c thermostat running at over 200 degrees.

Kam you really should put a E28 radiator in there before continuing.

Is it spiking to 20+psi then going back down or does it stay above 20..?
When did this start happening. You mentioned in a earlier post it was at 14psi now it's higher?Need a Turbo manifold? We have them in stock- Click here---> http://rapidspoolindustries.com/

E28 or mishimoto. I feel like that plus a low temp therm and a high flow spal fan should have this car running right where it needs to be.

it was 14psi at like 3/4 throttle; at WOT it just keeps going, it would of kept going but i have over boost protection so the car cuts at 21/22ish.
That was the first wot i've done.
My opinion is that the exhaust would rather flow threw my turbo than be redirected threw the wastegate. I am running open downpipe so maybe if I continue to build back the exhaust it will lessen.

I realize I'm entering the discussion late, but some questions I didn't see asked..
Have you verified your wastegate is working correctly? While you're digging around, you might want to pull your gate off and feed it a small amount of compressed air to make sure it is opening completely.
Is the fire ring (if it has one) seated properly? Dumb question, but I've heard of people installing them backwards so they don't seal properly.
Of course, you're right, if you're overboosting, the air is going through your turbo instead of the gate for whatever reason. It might be the gate function, size, or placement. I doubt it's the open downpipe...The Great Big M20 Timing Belt DIY

There are other people running the same manifold w/smaller turbo holding 10psi.Need a Turbo manifold? We have them in stock- Click here---> http://rapidspoolindustries.com/

Hopefully that fixes problems. Which lower rad hose are you running? I'm using e34 hoses top and bottom and they got perfactly I did trim them a little bit.
