First off beautifully done e30, but I can't help but wonder what it would look like if the fender flares were painted body color...especially with your new wheel setup.

I've p-shopped them body color plenty of times,I like them black the best, plus leaving them unpainted means I dot have to worry about rock chips or scratches.

UUC BBK issues all day everyday.

Had vibrations so I reinstalled it all. Retorqued insured that the caliper was centered. I rebed the pads, around 1-2 miles later coming to an intersection my brakes failed, pedal went to the floor and I couldn't stop, I Pumped the brakes and it built pressure and stopped, I pulled into the gas station and the right front rotor was smoking and crackling.

          they were smoking

Were they dragging? Whats up with the groove at the top of the pad?

I considered these briefly because of price but I'll be buying Massive stuff I believe

Oh and new wheel/tire setup is on point! Well done

the pads overhang the rotor it seems, dont think they were dragging as the car rolled very straight and smooth without hesitation.

                Thats really hot!

A dragging brake is just about the only way to build up that much heat on one side only.

Whats up with the worn down section of one anti rattle spring?

Probably popped out at one point and drug on the rotor, I think that's a problem with these. I've heard of it happening before.

How do you like the Comp 2s? I have been eyeing them up in a 255/45, but can't seem to find a solid reviews on them from an enthusiasts perspective?

those anti rattle clips are the stupidest thing ever, you can bend them into a nice sharp V, tighten the ends so they have tons of tension and around 10 miles later they will fall into the rotor.

When I received the kit about 2 were in the caliper and the rest was just loose in the bag.

I've been messing with the brakes since earlier today.
I went with willwood 600+ fluid ran 32oz through the system to ensure its good and the brakes are working again just fine(except the massive vibration).

Fluid removed from the passenger side(the smoking blue side) was around 4 or 5 shades darker than the fluid on the driver side. Its all a nice yellow now but the amount of trouble this kit is causing is unbelievable.

Installed a 16mm rear sway bar today, definitely helped keep things flat without being too stiff. rear end sits a tiny bit taller but thats fine.

also UUC is shipping me a replacment rotor and hat so hopefully that fixes the issue.

If the rear sits higher the swaybar is binding.. Did you get adjustable end links?

They arent adjustable and seem to be the same length as stock just with nicer bushings , the bar moves freely up and down and is perfectly centered. The wheel is held up a touch higher when jacked up and it doesn't droop as much when on the ground I'm talking like maybe 1/4" something that most people probably wouldnt notice.
