Glad you found the problem. It wasn't making a lot of sense, but i was thinking that it was already fully alphaN.

Thought this was interesting for E30's running huge turbos.

The RED graph is my E30 in FIRST gear with an M20, gt35 turbo, stock intake manifold and 274/280 camshaft.

The BLUE line is my current Naturally aspirated M20 setup in FIRST gear with same cam/internals, rhd itb's, short/mid length headers, X pipe near trans and dual 2.25" piping to the subframe. Picked up considerable amount of N/A power under peak.

Now to go tune the ignition map.

According to that virtual dyno, you have stock m20 power.

What does your timing map look like?

2nd gear pull, just needs some touchups still. (the other one was 1st gear)

                    newest ign map.

Does it really want that low of advance below 2k? Seems like it would fall on its face on taking off and mild gear shifts

I agree with this, a linear climb in timing from idle to 2k should improve throttle response nicely.

Any examples to take a look at? I like comparing the N/A portion of my Ignition and VE tables with others....

Mine looks like this as well and I wouldn't say my throttle response is bad, but maybe I don't know what I'm missing!

0-60 vid, not bad for a stock motor with a cam and ITB's,hauling massive tires around

Sounds pretty good, looks like it pulls pretty good to spin the tires all the way to 35 haha.
