You sure about that? I always heard the other way around. Plus the B35 wont be going in stock i will build it right and ready for big power before dropping it in... I learned a lot with the M20 tuning wise I will be able to transfer over to the M30 pretty easy.

    **Update**

-New big front mount intercooler in the mail
    -60# siemens injectors ordered
    -ARP studs ordered
-new mild steel 2.5" mendral bend pipes in the mail

Then its choosing a turbo and building the manifold and downpipe with new 3" exhaust..

Part are starting to arrive... Got the new SuperCharger intercooler and some mild steel 2.5" bends. According to Corky Bell in the book "supercharged!" the best intercooler setup is like this one. The best way to cool air is by having more channels then long channels which makes total sense.

So the small original Audi intercooler I used before will be moved to the turbo side to cool the turbo air before it enters the Supercharger. It looks like a dirty mess right now but everything will be removed cleaned and re-painted wrinkle black.

So right now am waiting for my ARP head studs, 60# siemens injectors and yes believe it or not ALL the turbo components are ordered including exhaust. So it will be out with the Headers soon (for sale) and full exhaust (for sale) as I have a 3" full cat back on the way too..

Stay tuned it wont be long before i have the first Twincharged M20 started :)

Fuel economy is last thing of my concerns.... Its all about burning rubber at any RPM range I wish!! But with the roots type SC the low end torques makes it a lot easier and fun to drive!! maybe saving some fuel there as am not mashing the pedal ever...

Hope you got skills in welding, planning, measuring, cutting etc.... I built every single part myself to build my SC kit and it was not easy.

IF the interest is there I could sell all the brackets I made for this setup. Cheap and supercharging roots type style does not go together BUT so worth it....the power delivery is amazing!!

at first I had a hard time getting the car to rev smoothly with the 60lbers. I had to change the deadtime to get a proper idle. I believe they include a little spec sheet that use can use.

Does your AIT get a good reading mounted like that on your intake pipe?

also just noticed your IAT sensor seems to be JB welded on. Boost and heat will peel that off like a scab. that's what happened to my methanol port on my first setup and also on my oil pan fitting after 6 months of use.

I was going to ask you if you could show me you injector settings on tuner studio?

yeap it does. Its quite deep in the pipe and as close to the intake as possible...just the angle on the pictures.

Actually its MIG welded on I just decided to use the remaining HIGH temp JB weld I had to cover any pin holes. I would never just JB weld anything trust me I learned that lesson a lonnnng time ago but thanks for bringing it :) what I will do is grind it all smooth and paint it properly.

didn't know there would be interest! Since am removing everything to clean and paint, maybe I should check with R3v how many people would be interested to see if it would be worth while for me to build a bunch of them I would want them to be affordable but the M62 supercharger needs to be from a Cobalt SS /Redline like this one: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/05-06-07-COBA...c4556a&vxp=mtr

On BLACKFRIDAY CXRACING had a deal I could not refuse:

Did some research and apparently the few that bought this kit are very happy with it, performance and quality wise. I will be putting it to the test but since I don't need more then 8PSI from the turbo side as my boost is compounded and I only use my car 6 months of the year it should last a pretty long time. No point in Spending 3-4K on a turbo kit. I also got their 3" CAT back with the silencer removed it sounds pretty good:

Ebay got a bad rap from a lot of crap sold there but am convinced this kit is the best out there for the price and quality you get in return. Should have it in 2-3 days will take a video of all the parts to show everybody.

                              stay tuned...

cxracing's stuff really is the best of the ebay stuff, using the intercooler in my E30 and my WRX. The Intercooler's are hand welded, pressure tested and and signed off before shipping. That manifold works great and fits perfect.
