I finished welding up the turbo manifold and modified inner fender. I added oil to the motor. I have a leak on pan. It is coming off the driver side.

It took a little longer than I thought make my custom turbo manifold. It was great experience to do it. I thinking of making one out of stainless in the near future with V band Precision ball bearing 7675. I bolted it down to steal table plus a one inch thickness of flare steal to make sure my my flange does not warp when I’m welding.

Building a custom turbo manifold is not fast and easy to do. It has been interesting to do and learn. I have three tacked. Three more to connect. I was able to find and buy a 3” to reducer 2.5”elbow. I needed to check my clearances.

    It might do some wheelies.

I started the tear down on the old customized turbo manifold today. I’m still on t4 flange. That’s why the turbo is not set up correctly. I will need to go back 4” back towards fire wall. I will need to cut up inner fender.

I ordered my new turbo Precision 7675. It is time to build a other custom turbo manifold. I will have to modify the inner fender. Cut and weld.

ID:	10088908 I finally bought my Mason Engineering aluminum lower e30 X brace. I will install it after I get my new Ground Control
coil over kit. I bought used e30 m3 struts for $500. I didn’t want to pull the ones on M car.

I installed my Tial 44mm waste gate. I need to order the exhaust piping to waste gate. I know the waste gate looks close inner finder. It has clearance.

Thank you, for your advice on it. I will read up on GFB G-Force III.

ID:	10087691 I’m going to install the springs on 44mm waste gate at 15 psi. I can always increase more with a boost controller.
