Found a set of bbs rc041's on craigslist the price was right and they are forged and 1 of 150 sets I've been told. VRwheels will be making lips and barrels for them, and I will get the centers polished.

cool build, I wonder whats the difference in the output shaft splines on the 210mm differential? My bud's boosted e21 just shredded the splines on his output shaft splines on his 168mm diff. And I'm pretty sure that small case and medium case axle output stub splines are interchangeable between the diffs, I'm curious if the large case has beefier splines?

The floor of the trunk was cut out and welded shut for the fuel cell and pumps.

Thanks, I can try and measure them when I get a chance, but I believe they are beefier and interchange between all 210mm diffs.

Bought some more parts. Wilwood manual pedal setup because the booster doesn't clear, shaved valve covers (don't worry I'm going to powdercoat them), AN fittings for breather setup and oil feed/drain, and coil relocator brackets.

Where did you get those valve covers? I looked for something like that for mine and couldn't find anything like that.

                              Thanks, here's some updates.

Rear end is all sorted now.
E36 diff with a 4 clutch rebuild and 3.46 gears, CAtuned chromoly axles, z3 hubs, e46 brakes, camber/toe adjustment tabs welded in, raised subframe 12mm, cut and boxed/reinforced subframe to clear 1350 u joint.

Had to mill part of my diff to accept the 2 extra clutches.

                              New bolts, bearings, and clutches

It's going to be a tight fit, I still plan on reinforcing the subframe a little bit more just for peace of mind.

Next step is to machine an adapter to bolt the 1350 u joint flange to my diff input flange.

There's not much left to do for the car overall.

not sure if you knew this, but jagsthatrun.com sells a flange that bolts right up to the e30/36 6cyl diff for $100
