Added bonus of the new shoes is they are 2.2 lbs lighter per corner with the same rubber. Score! Wish someone made a good dry CF hood.

Well, its time for an update and not a good one. After enjoying the car and process for almost 4yrs, the car was totaled a couple nights ago. I was reversing into my driveway at home and some cat in a Silverado plowed into me. Its a sad turn of event. No one was seriously hurt though.



I haven't decide the direction going forward. Car has tons of good parts. Guess we'll see what insurance says.......

Gosh dude, that sucks. I have a fairly non-rusty '89 bronzit coupe roller with roasted paint you may be able to use to reshell with. Car came from Mississippi.

oof, sad to see this happen, but it's a car and that looks like a nasty hit, so you being okay is the silver lining here.

Was it a declared value policy?
