    It's truly awful, seems like the most passive sales venue, with many folks posting little to no info or decent pics.

        It can't be worse than facebook marketplace though? I pretty much exclusively use kijiji because Canada seemed to have decided to only use that platform, but now a lot of electronics and cheaper cars seem to only show up on FB.

                    I've found some crazy deals on Facebook marketplace, and at least 9/10 people respond which is pretty surprising. Offer up has been a way worse experience.

                                                            Yup. Concrete house with steel corrugated storm shutters, should be OK. Older house built in the 80's prior to the Andrew code upgrades, so a direct cat-4 will do some harm.
