I used to have to frequently (like, almost every weekend) tell my friends in college that my car was not a couch, an ottoman or a fucking coaster... they were welcome to use their own cars for those purposes, but not mine.

Short story:

Wife gets parking tickets with "our" car.
Wife only pays tickets 2 days before the first ticket's court date (Because I nagged, and I watched her do it...)
A month later, letter from DMV shows up telling me I've been convicted, next day another for the second ticket...
We check the credit card statement, no record of any transaction. Neither of us thought to write down the payment confirmation.
I quickly go on and pay the remaining tickets that haven't hit court dates yet, but can't access the other fines online. Tells me to mail cash/cheque or go to the courthouse.
A week later(today), DMV sends a notification that they've received a "Certificate of Default" and now I have to pay an extra $40 "Privilege Reinstatement Fee" in addition to the now $120 in fines, or else I can't renew registration/license etc.

What the Christ, I'm fucking livid.

Since the dawn of time, Koni did a 25% off sale March 1-May 31.

Knowing this, I held off buying rear mustang shocks until now.

Turns out, this year they're not doing a sale, but a mail-in rebate for $30-$70 - only on a set of 4 shocks...

Now I regret waiting almost a year to buy these.

If you want to be a dick, put a big piece of butcher paper on the trunk and spread grease all over it. He sets hits shit on there, it's getting greased.

To me that looks like pure spite. If that hood were perfectly parallel to the ground, like a flat table top, it could be dismissed (if it were a once off thing).

ROFL. My parents said If he leaves his doors unlocked, go to the store and buy a cheap blender, then either take a dump or get some dog poop and put it in the blender. Then add some water or fish oil. Then get a baster, and baste the carpets around the air returns under the seats with the poop/fish oil, so it soaks in. Or baste the air vents for the cabin filter on the hood with the concoction.
