I would recommend GPS units on the trucks. Also, don't limit yourself to just Toyotas. I think a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon would be an awesome rig. Heck even a regular Gladiator would be a sweet deal.
Also, I dont see a winch on the front of the rig. Though that can induce other insurance concerns but also leaves the customer without a way to self-extract from being stuck.
Also, might want to have a "no-go" list of trails that they shouldn't be doing. I rented a jeep in Moab and Twisted Jeeps is who I used and they let me go on some higher difficulty of trails then other rental places. So having a map of a good route they can take or shouldn't take or areas to be cautious about would be a good idea.
People are stupid and dealing with the public you will see people that have zero experience and think they can do the hardest things.
Also, look for corporate sponsorship. Having a tire sponsor, equipment sponsor,...etc can help with covering the costs of having a business like this.
