That's pretty hilarious. Nice clip. I think the vid makes a lot of good points, though.

Akin to dismissing the tea party as merely a group of racists just looking for reasons to hate on the president. There are several reasons the OWS has a solid base and is gaining ground in several cities, and a primary one is exactly laid out in that ED link. Real fucking issues, not crybabies looking for handouts. If you just just watched the first 1/4 then closed it then you missed the good stuff.
You can't even blame this on a single president's policies, the cause and effect that's going on here is very long-term and mostly has nothing to do with any of the past presidents at all.
One thing I am CERTAIN of is that trickle-down economic theory has proven to be complete bullshit, in fact totally detrimental to long term health of economy. They take the money and run.
LoL I was agreeing with you man, it's what I've been saying for this entire thread.

^not really funny from a comedic perspective, just a rant. I don't entirely disagree with him, but he's complaining about a protest that is nothing about what he's complaining about. I consider that the fault of the OWS folks for not having a clearer message but I think he misses the point of the protest.

Its funny because it points our how sad , clueless, and disgusting these idiots are

I think you are trying to read more into the protest than there really is. I think hes spot on with what the OWS idiots are up too from the information I have at least.

I could be wrong on this though, as I have a have a job and am running 7 days a week 10-12 hours a day again. I dont have much time for news or whiny hipsters and their problems

Jay Z, Michael Moore cash in on Occupy

As it says on their “about” page
(Occupy Wall Street) is fighting back against the corrosive power of major banks and multinational corporations (and) aims to expose how the richest 1% of people are writing the rules of an unfair global economy.
“Yeeaahh”, says fattie Michael Moore, who addressed an Occupy crowd in Denver last week and railed against “greedy” corporations. Though, to be fair, that isn’t why he went to Denver in the first place.
Moore was in Denver on a tour to promote his $27 memoir, ‘Here Comes Trouble: Stories from My Life.’
By the way that book is published by Grand Central Publishing, a subdivision of the French company Hachette, which is the second largest publisher in the world. Hachette is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Lagardère Group, a multinational conglomerate headquartered in Paris which does business in nearly 40 countries. Among other things they hold a 7.5% stake in EADS, a global defense and military contractor, which absorbed the Lagardère subsidiary Aérospatiale-Matra, a French missile and aircraft manufacturer. On a side note, some claim Moore is worth 50 million dollars. But I’m getting off track. “Heese hiant companies an wich people are ewol,” says Moore between bites of food!
And now Jay Z wants to cash in on Occupy too, though he just said fuck it and isn’t even gonna pretend that he’s trying to help in some way.
The millionaire rapper and entrepreneur is launching a line of Occupy Wall Street-themed t-shirts featuring the phrase “Occupy All Streets,” that go on sale on Jay-Z’s Rocawear website on Friday.
But the genius behind “99 Problems” isn’t sharing the profits with the 99 percent. A spokesperson from Rocawear told Business Insider in a statement that the company has not “made an official commitment” to support the movement financially.

Are you still too above hipsters and these protesters to be mad just like them? Go form your own fucking movement? Oh no, you're just going to bitch about your hard job and stay stuck in Montana.

I respect you man but I can barely differ you hating on this and the people who hated on the civil right movement just because they too were too stupid for their own good.

We all are keyboard warriors on this board, and for some times how little I can agree with these protesters, I can respect what they're trying to do. Don't just get stuck in the media's vitriol of this because then you are no better than what you believe against.

                          the tea party vs OWS

for anyone that has studied who funded/organized the OWS crowd, which includes SEIU, ACORN, Soros and others, its abundantly clear the OWS were never spontaneous nor innocent

and isn't it also interesting the left is almost always responsible for vandalism/violence where the right almost never is? yet the MSM reports on any right/left confrontation, even when they didn't take place (Pelosi walking across DC with the huge gavel), but ignores actual left inspired violence, virtually never reporting on it.

the tea party is a mob of right wing racist lunatics, yet they have never resorted to violence or racism.
the OWS crowd is anti-semetic and violent, but somehow gets a pass.

here's a partial list of the nature of the OWS bunch. anyone please find me a comparable to the tea party.

Are you honestly that stuck on what political party did what?

Will this political forum and national political forum ever get out of the he said/she said mentality? Hate just to hate comes in all forms and we are all subject to it. It is our responsibility to look realize that and to be above it.

So to answer you're question, I am for the self betterment of myself, my future kids, my neighbors, my country and for the fucking human race.

I have made my own way the hard way and the old fashion way. I have worked my ass off for every meal, every stitch of clothing, and everything else I have every owned since I was not even old enough to join a message board (13). If I ever wanted something as a kid I had to work for it...... What makes these precious snow flakes any different than me (I grew up in the 80's too ya know) ? Other than the fact that I go out and work and earn my way, rather than sit on my ass waiting for someone to hand it to me???

Oh btw, I am not STUCK IN MONTANA!!!!! I CHOSE to live here, I can live in any place in the country I want....... Since when do I bitch about my job?? Just putting perspective out there for some of the kiddies, to grow up and be a man and do what you have to do to make something out of your self.

Ummmm really your going to compare this to the civil rights movement????

FYI the KKK was originally a DEMOCRAT group.

Hard to respect them when they cant and wont walk the walk.......... Or the fact that they dont even realize what that walk is........

I am all for 1st amendment protest thats not what I have issues with. As gwb points out the funding sources have much to say about the real implications, of the movement. Also the fact that they leave a huge fucking mess, are costing the tax payers a fuck load of money to pick up after them, and keep the peace and so on...

If these iditos would put as much time and sacrifice into finding a job as they are this, they would not be out there protesting making them selves look the fool while doing it .
