No, that is not what I believe. I'm terribly sorry to ruin your internet ego, but you won't change my ideals, or my worldview. Not everyone thinks the same.
It's funny though, isn't it? You're insulting others for being critical and not understanding of other peoples differences in orientation, yet you yourself are critical and not understanding of other peoples opinions and differences in world view and beliefs. I'm not trying to change your opinion, so why do you feel so inclined to change mine?Last edited by rwh11385; 07-27-2012, 05:16 PM.Comment

*You're
To add onto what Buddy said, you are capable of having a belief or opinion, but that doesn't mean you aren't an asshole. Just like I can think Skinheads, the Klan, or Africans who circumcise women are bad - even if I might not be capable of changing their opinion. Not everyone thinks the same, and some in the world are horrible people - you are one of them.Last edited by FunfGan; 07-27-2012, 05:20 PM.Comment

Are you saying that Nazis and the Klan aren't bad???Comment
-
Of course not. You are purely judging me for my unharmful views, with which you disagree with. Nazi's and the Clan both committed harmful atrocities which effected everyone.Comment

Asian cultures who negatively look down on left-handed children, whether or not they force convert them, negatively impact their lives from not respecting their individual differences.
How would YOU feel if I said that you were defective because of your eye color? That you didn't deserve the same freedoms or rights because of how you were born? That you were somehow an inferior person because of it? Would that not be harmful? Do you have zero ability to empathize?

Equal rights for all LBGT. Chick Fil A is against that. I am against what they serve for food, and where their money goes. It is its own company and can spend their money how they feel, but if we as a public stop supporting the business based upon what they support, then it will make an impact. Without our money, they'd have none to donate.
I'm not surprised that people are against gay marriage; there are a lot of bigots around, but it is angering.
What has happened since NY legalized gay marriageComment

Yay! Let's punish businesses for their owners opinions! The War on Opinions is on! Coming soon, the War on Thought!Comment

Whoa, it's not just owners that are donating personal money, but it's COMPANY money. Punish the company for the decisions OF the company. Just because it employs people doesn't make the fact that it does wrong things okay. That's a crazy thought process you have there.Comment

BP fucks over the gulf (and the other few hundred reported annual spills), and they are punished because of their decisions (in this case a lack of precautions and shortcuts). They don't get off just because they employ a lot of people.
Oppression of thought is oppressing love that people have for each other. I have no idea how you are trying to turn this around like that. It's like watching a Sean Hannity or Glenn Beck argument.Comment
