I believe you are wrongly assuming that saying that people who are gay are born "messed up" is not harmful, nor extremely disrespectful.

Asian cultures who negatively look down on left-handed children, whether or not they force convert them, negatively impact their lives from not respecting their individual differences.

How would YOU feel if I said that you were defective because of your eye color? That you didn't deserve the same freedoms or rights because of how you were born? That you were somehow an inferior person because of it? Would that not be harmful? Do you have zero ability to empathize?

Equal rights for all LBGT. Chick Fil A is against that. I am against what they serve for food, and where their money goes. It is its own company and can spend their money how they feel, but if we as a public stop supporting the business based upon what they support, then it will make an impact. Without our money, they'd have none to donate.

I'm not surprised that people are against gay marriage; there are a lot of bigots around, but it is angering.

BP fucks over the gulf (and the other few hundred reported annual spills), and they are punished because of their decisions (in this case a lack of precautions and shortcuts). They don't get off just because they employ a lot of people.
