Here's some faults from the PPI. Are these a relatively easy fixes? should I stay away? Cost of fixing all these problems?

Sorry Guys, I was posting from my phone, it later died and I just got home now, and I thought I posted the asking price.

So from $4,500 asking to now lowered $4,200.

Here is what that paper list says.

                Check Engine codes:
p1085 - Fuel control limit mixer too lean (Bank 2, sensor 1)
p0313 - misfire detected with low fuel
                p0171 - system too lean (bank 1)
                p0174 - system too lean (bank 1)
p1083 - fuel control limit mixture too lean (bank 1, sensor 1)

Blower motor not working - NO A/C
                Instrument cluster panel not working.
                Power steering hose leaking.
                Oil filter housing leaking gasket.
                Spark Plugs.
                Right side mirror cracked.
                Front/Rear Brakes need replacing.
All tires need replacing/show dry rot.
                Due for Oil Change.
possibly trans and diff need change
                Broken Fan blade

Overall the car looks clean on the outside paint still shines. 2 small dents on drivers side rear door and quarter plus front and rear bumper love taps from tight parallel parking. Interior is like 7/10 Black leather non Smoker. Woman driven Original owner but cars been sitting for a while now and seems Maintenance was neglected.

Mechanical is more important than cosmetic. If you got all the from the ppi id say its not worth it.

I Agree, was just looking for r3vers who had experience with e39's and maybe they'd tell me its not so bad with these "problems" besides the lack of maintenance. To me it really seems like the car has just been sitting and needs some TLC. wishful thinking.

Asking is way too much. Your looking at dumping close to 2k on it. Not to mention the suspension parts that may be bad and you just don't know. Especially the rear subframe bushings which are notorious to going bad.

                      Save your money. Walk away.

Replacement? You're high if you think a 2002 is a replacement.
They aren't even even in the same league. One you can daily drive with minimal complaints, the other is what your father drove when there was no ac, power steering, abs, defrost, Internet, cell phones, car insurance, or AIDS.

Only go after a 2002 if you intend for a long term project or plan to shell out $25k for a nice turn-key car.

You can have $10k in an e30 quite easily. In the same way, you can have $20k into a 2002 and still not be at the level of "niceness" that the $10k e30 is.
This is coming from a guy who had 4 at once.

But then again, you don't always have to make every car you have "nice".

I'd rock an 02 like this. Think this had modified e30 suspension/ a m20 swap.
