Grunt work, but yes. Also... think about it this way. You get payed better then you would on any minimum wage job and depending on your schedule you can always take some college classes while there.

And if you already have your AA, you go in as an E-4 (Senior Airman ).

meh. i mean don't get me wrong, but i'd like to go in there with a "desk" job, if you will. any of the computer/engineering/mechanical jobs would be suffice and suit me nicely. if i was going in to be a "badass" i wouldn't waste my time with airforce, navy, or army. i'd be heading straight to the marines or the navy seals.
i'd like to do something that i can put on my transcripts/resumes that would be beneficiary to my major and my career.

It's funny, cause.. I really wasn't even looking. It's exactly what I want; 1989 Lachsilber 325is. Interior and paint could use some work, but overall, the engine pulls strong and the body is mint. Auto, but that just means I get todo the 5-speed fun all over again. It's got a sweet Magnaflow on the end too; sounds like a tank

Overall, not a bad $700 spent

How so? forum value the lights are worth a bit more. Its not that easy these days to come up on a set of ellips at the yard.

I could also installed and hook up a set of hid's / highbeam pig tails. Pretty sure ill meet half way too

I eyed a 325is, I hope to ask the owner if they're willing to sell..

Saw the nicest e30 I have ever seen. 90 325i sedan, calypso, 5spd,mint, mint, mint everything. 56000 miles, no wear on anything.

Old lady driving it. Would not take any offers from me.

Broke college student looking dude who had it for about a year as a secondary driver; from the looks and condition of it, it kinda just sat neglected since the battery was shot and the interior is bad. He bought it as a project but it just sat. 190k on the ODO, but from what I see on the timing belt card on the AFM, it's been 3 years at least since the ODO has busted

I like to think I picked it up just in time; another couple months of neglect and it would've been scrap town bound
