some fucker in a grey gtr hammered the gas right in front of me on a gravel section of repaired road tonight. so now i have like 50 chips in my brand new windshield. i really wished i had ran the guy down and broke his fucking legs

Tell me about it! F$&@ing people. I just had some stupid kids throw something off an overpass on the 101 yesterday. 3 chips in my windshield now, with 2 being quite large. At least I didn't have 50. Sorry about your luck.

Due to things beyond my control I wasn't able to make it on time. Got there around 2, tried to get in but they still wanted $20...I said screw it and just checked out the cars in the parking lot. Hope you guys had fun. Looking forward to seeing some pics.

Bimmerfest was fun, but even many of the cars in the official area were....lacking and should have been moved to regular parking. Coming from a guy that has enjoyed Hot August Nights where it seems all the cars are cherry. The tourings that were near the entrance? Oops, I think the wrong cars were brought.

Still, got to see some old friends, and if its there next year, the trackday action is where it's at.
