More E46 problems. I'm getting a nasty low-speed creaking from the front end. It happens going over small bumps at low speed or if I make some hard S-turns at low speed. I suspect it is the subframe. I re-used my front subframe bolts till the new ones I ordered come. Any thoughts? I doubt it's the motor mounts, because it isn't relative to engine load or speed.

I feel your pain on E46 problems. The ZHP has needed more repairs than any previous BMW I've had. That said its been dead reliable since I bought a tacoma and stuck it in the garage! Had the tacoma a little over a year and put 30k on it and maybe 5k on the ZHP. I think it might be on the choppign block the spring.

Dude, I'm waiting on subframe bolts right now. When I reinstalled the subframe bolts I'm getting a low speed creaking. Always something...

Snow accident, anyone have any of these parts for sale? I need a new bumper for a 90ix, driver side headlights and driver side turn signal. Any deals would be much appreciated, teenage girl stopped at the bottom of a steep ass hill wouldnt move after solid 30 seconds on the horn, at a yeild sign!

Plastic bumpers are all the same, nothing is ix specific that you need! Check the inventory at u-pull-n-pay, I think a few in the area had e30's. also ask Sam, he has a personal yard...

Have the headlight, but if you want to upgrade to smileys, let me know. I also have a spare set of those... You didn't mention grills at all, but I have spares of those (no kidneys, though).

awesome, thanks wasnt sure about the bumper or not. just was super pissed right after it happened because i had just replaced the fender and now its dented in almost the exact same spot. Also i saw the pull n pay in the springs had a few just need the weather to clear up so i can make it down there in a reasonable time.

How much would you want for the headlight and grille? i forgot it was cracked right at the light. Im up in evergreen but once the weather clears ill be heading down to the springs anyways
