After I posted that I remember that whole thing. Funny thing is, the first time I met him he was selling them at the Picnic and I paid him cash and got mine same day. Just grabbed one off the table. Haha.

The car is good for instruments, bumpers(which are not in good shape to begin with), spoiler, and ground effects.
I may be thinking about another car, but it looks incredibly familiar.
