Because I wanted a 13 button OBC. It will be done tomorrow, just was a pain in the ass to remove wiring harness for it.

I was going to also, but I already had a 13 button and harness available to me, just had to pull it. Not even gonna mess with putting in the alarm box thing, not worth it.

                    13 button > euro clock > 6 button

I want a clock... I but add that to the list, my crappy 6 button doesn't tell me anything useful but the temp.

I tore down the m20b23 lastnight, probably shouldn't have it was so nice inside, definetly the cleanest m20 I've ever seen, I was going to have the head rebuilt but now I see no point, I'm just gonna have it resurfaced, slap it on my eta and probably run my motronic 1.3 with a 2.7i chip. Should be a nice little daily motor.

                            731+eta+m1.3 is faster than m20b23

Besides I didn't want to take any chances since I never did hear the motor run.

M20B23 on M1.3 would probably be the same, but who knows if that motor had a bent rod or something.
