this makes me think that you've never been in a perfectly modified example of any of those cars. Too bad.. there are some great cars in there. Even the old civic I rode in around Pacific Raceways a couple of years ago was good. I've driven a few mk1 gti's that will always make you smile, and my mk5 wagon gives me a massive smile when I feel the ~300 ft-lb of torque at 2000rpm, and when I catch up to much faster cars through turns on track.

when stock though, most of those cars aren't nearly as fun. But that's normal...

anyway.. my e36 m3 definitely puts a smile on my face whenever I'm in it, and even with the stiff suspension, FIA seats, and harness, the car is still not too bad to drive long distance. With comfier seats and less-stiff suspension I'm sure it'd be a good daily.

This is the kid I bought my euro bumper from, her still has a big clock o doom cluster, and some other euro cluster parts. Shoot him an offer if that's your kind of shit. I didn't need the clusters, so I passed.

I thought that you already took a monster trip, didn't think that you'd be able to get the time off.

Nothing is locked down, budgeting $2-3k and a little under two weeks.
