Aircraft Landing light as a singular high beam? 28V??

Considering doing a high beam intake on the driver side and thought, why not make the remaining single high beam nice and bright which lead me to this

Its a 450W bulb that needs 28V ... however I am not smart in this arena (any arena?)

How would one go about powering this? Relay? LMK
