the 200 eta is not much chop for anything, for a performance engine people do a 731 head from a m20b23 or m20b20 which has the same combustion chamber so it matches up with the pistons proerly but slighty larger ports. or they just use the 885 head from m20b25 which while not ideal still is an improvment89 E30 325is Lachs Silber - currently M20B31, M20B33 in the works, stroked to the hilt...

Redline is 6500+ and it needs to hit AT LEAST 6000 to really take advantage of this setup
