      Thanks!
Sorry, it was suggested that I try another wheel instead:

      ESM 002

      16x7.5
      Offset 20
      Car: 88 325 E30
      Brakes: Stock
Springs: Eibach Pro Front Drop 1.6", Rear 1.4"

I assume that the wheels fit w/o spacers looking at the esm website - What tire size do you recommend?? Thanks!

watta ya think about 215/40 rears with 205/40 fronts? I want the meatiest tires I can have on there but the tire shop swears anything bigger will rub.

BTW car is 88 vert on billie sports/eibach (almost no gaps)
225/40/16 will fit in the rear, but you will likely have to roll the fenders a bit.

For the front the sky is the limit, run the same size as the rear if you'd like to. Please don't use 205/40, it's tiny and will look ridiculous.

I was wondering what would be the widest possible tires for stock e30 without spacers.

I have a 91 and wanna run some wide tires in the future. With 15 inch rims then 225's might be cutting it close? and with 16 inch rims i should be fine? Im planning on getting some bilsteins(sp?) with H&R's so im not sure if that makes a difference.

sorry for the n00b question but never really saw that discussed anywhere else.
245s are easy, but then you have to find the perfect wheels and run expensive, rare tires.

As for diameter, even 19s are easy.

edit: my car is lowered something like 80mm(~3") in the front and 30-40mm(1-1.5") in the back
Will be 100% fine. No rolling needed.

15mm spacers all around, or a 15/20mm F/R stagger for a more even stance. 205/50/16 would be the typical size, but you can go up to 225/45/16.

p.s. Have 10mm spacers on all wheels. if that matters.
I had the exact same wheels and spacers once upon a time. My first aftermarket set actually.

You can run up to 225/45/16 on them. 215/45 or 205/50 work fine too. 91 is the load rating, W is the speed rating (both for the tire).

They'll fit, with huge spacers. That offset was definitely tuned for the 5x100 Subie crowd, as it's way up there. You'd want at least 25mm spacers all around to run those.

Yup, they're safe. Make sure you get quality adapters though, ones that are custom fitted for either E30s or VWs (4x100, 57.1mm CB). FK is legit.

Those are +25, right? 225/45/16 will work fine, as will anything smaller (215/45, 205/50)
