Plan on slamming. small stretch. Not sure what size tire. I've been told 205 F 215 R but I feel like I could maybe go bigger rear tire? Any thoughts?
Yes, 205/45 and 215/45 are the ideal combo. Even with that sizing rolling and maybe slight pulling of the fenders will be necessary.

Not sure what size tires or spacers. Looking for wide stance+tires w/o poke or fender rolling. What do you recommend?

      Much appreciated!
15mm spacers all around with 215/40 tires.

I have a late body E30, how much of a roll am I looking at here? A lot or a Little? Thanks for your time and input
A massive pull. Even with 195/50s and a roll those rub.

          QUESTION:
What size spacers should I run? I was thinking 18mm F and 20mm R, but I've also heard 25mm R. I don't want any poke but flush is fine. What do you think? Thanks!
I think 18/20 is about perfect. This way you can always add an inexpensive 5mm rear spacer if you want to add a bit more.

I'm trying to decide which tires to go with, and have more or less narrowed it down (for cost reasons) to

            Kumho Ecsta ASX 205/55/15 or
            Kumho Ecsta AST 225/50/15

I have winter tires on the stock bottlecaps, so snow won't be in the equation, nor will track use - just for daily driving in the spring/summer/fall.

Opinions? I'm sure it won't really matter either way but I can't decide which way to go re: the width
I strongly dislike both of those tires. Aging designs that were not great when they released almost a decade ago. 225/50/15 Falken ZE-912s are the same price as the AST on discounttiredirect.com ($78 shipping included) and are a much better tire.

That was another option I looked at, but some of the reviews I read mentioned that they were horrible in wet conditions, that's why I eliminated them initially. You disagree though, evidently?

This has probably been covered 380 times so I apologize for that, but will civic (4x100) steelies work on my car ('91 318is) as far as hub sizing etc goes? I've searched many times now but i can't find any straight answers, I understand the offsets are way off, I'm okay with buying spacers, as long as I don't need longer studs. These will be winter wheels btw. So my question is do I need anything other than spacers to run them? I've heard people talking about hubcentric rings or the wheels ruining my hubs...? Thanks.

                  Early models do it better.

What's the widest tire size I can run in all four corners?
I was thinking 225/45/16, I do not want a stretch. Will I have to roll the fenders at all? Also will this setup clear the suspension components?

Quick question before I start to attempt to put on my new wheels..
Will 16x9 +15 with 215/40/16 (all around) fit my 89 325is (with no spacers)?
Will it clear the struts or no go??
                      thanks in advance :)

                        Curious about:
                        17x9 +22 f/r

I am wondering if these will fit if I run an adapter since the wheels are 5-lug? I think smallest adapter is 18mm...

                        Thanks!

trying to figure out how to make 17x8 et22 rs-90 lorinsers fit. the 42 Draft Designs adapters comes in 18mm/20mm/25mm/30mm/35mm, i believe i want 20mm..

im on joms slammed and i plan to bring the rear down more. i realize my fenders will most likely need pulling and rolling but can i make this work?

Oh wow, they're significantly better than the ASX and AST in the wet. My ex-gf's Protege5 (130hp!) could spin third gear on brand new ASX's, and they're better than the AST! Relevant, I switched her to 912s soon afterwards and we were very happy with the performance of them.

                              Yup, likely rub rear.

If they're hubcentric OE Honda steelies the hub will be too small for an E30. You could machine them larger, but then you're putting money into $30 wheels. And yes, you may need spacers and longer bolts also. Overall it's a fruitless exercise.
