$7,902. That's completely nuts to me. All of the stuff I listed before, comfort seats, rust, miles... sunroof... The only way it could have been less desirable example would have been if it had an automatic transmission. For crying out loud it doesn't even have foglights, that was a poverty-spec car.

Word, it might be high time to cash out.

Bid for the chance to own a 335d-Powered 2010 BMW 328xi Wagon at auction with Bring a Trailer, the home of the best vintage and classic cars online. Lot #21,399.

Sold for $34,500. That's a good chunk of change for an E91, but I can't help but feel it's one of the few cars we've seen in this thread lately that was worth the price paid given just how good it seems. It's like an AMG wagon for people who don't want to break the bank with maintenance, repairs, insurance and fuel costs.

And we're back! The Alpine 89 'iS' went for a nice chunk of change at almost 22K.

I was really pleasantly surprised to see that. I've been getting nervous since my listing is almost complete and should be up soon...

I like the sedans, but almost $8k for that 318 with 220,000 miles car does seem awfully high.Thoughts on the sedan being auctioned now?

Given how picky BaT is, the AC will hurt the value.

The difficulty is finding a shop that will recharge R12 refrigerant on any older car of the generation.
Yeah no kidding, you're about 20 years late to the party if you think you're likely to call around and find an AC shop that will refill your system with R12 these days. If you want to do that you're best off doing it yourself... Even a working R12 system is a liability to a buyer, because finding a shop that will recover the refrigerant and reseal the system before it all inevitably leaks out is not likely.
